TEPAV participated in Global Entrepreneurship Week, held between November 14 and 20, 2011 under the leadership of the TOBB.
ISTANBUL – Turkey hosted a series of events between November 14 and 20, 2011 in the context of Global Entrepreneurship Week, which is celebrated in many countries throughout the world. Among these events was the Global Entrepreneurship Forum on November 17, 2011 in Istanbul, which was moderated by TEPAV Entrepreneurship Institute Director Prof. Serdar Sayan. TEPAV also opened a stand in the activity hall to inform entrepreneurs and candidates of TEPAV’s activities in this field.
A Global Entrepreneurship Forum was held at Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar Congress Hall with the cooperation of the TOBB Young and Women Entrepreneurs’ Board and MIT EF Turkey. The session, themed “The Idea Stage,” was moderated by TEPAV Entrepreneurship Institute Director Prof. Serdar Sayan. During the interactive session, Mehmet Aksel, Founder of the Culinary Arts Academy, and Erdem Yurdanur, Founder of the mackolik.com, shared their experiences with the audience. In his speech, Prof. Sayan stressed the importance of taking the right step at the right time.
