Research Associate
Emre Gürbüz graduated from Koç University with a double major in History and International Relations, receiving the Vehbi Koç Award twice, in January 2025. During his undergraduate studies, he contributed to an independent research paper titled “Lifeworld of Nusayrites in Adana.” He actively participated in several international projects supported by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, focusing on cultural heritage and intellectual traditions especially those related to literature such as Dede Korkut and Homer. His publications include short stories, poems, and academic articles. In 2024, he worked as an intern at the Turkish Accreditation Agency (TÜRKAK), and in June 2025 he started working as a research associate at TEPAV’s Middle East and Central Asia Studies Institute.
