Selim Koru earned a BA in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2010 and an MA in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in 2014. His research focuses on foreign policy.
Before TEPAV, Koru worked and interned with various media institutions such as the Turkish daily Sabah, Al Jazeera’s Arabic and English offices in the US, The Hill newspaper in Washington DC. He started working at TEPAV as a researcher in May of 2011 before leaving for his master’s studies abroad.
Koru has been back at TEPAV since September 2014.
