Hasan Çağlayan Dündar was born in 1985 in Konya. He completed his secondary education at Konya Meram Anatolian High School (Konya Maarif College). He graduated from the Department of Statistics at Hacettepe University in 2009 and also earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University. In 2011, he completed an MBA at TOBB University of Economics and Technology. He also attended courses in Financial Mathematics as a special student at the Middle East Technical University. In 2025, he received his PhD in Social Policy from Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University.
Since 2006, Dündar has been working in the fields of data analysis, market research, and economic policy. Since 2009, he has been serving at TEPAV, focusing on economic policy analysis. His work includes policy development and analysis in labor markets, vocational education and training, the real sector, local development, green transformation, digital transformation, and various sectors such as retail, construction, services, education, agriculture, and tourism. He has also contributed to numerous research projects involving confidence indices, impact assessments, regional competitiveness, and labor market monitoring.
