Cihat Baluken Policy Analyst
Cihat Baluken, graduated from the Department of City and Regional Planning at Çankaya University in 2017 as the top scored and honor student, and also received a double major diploma from the Department of Political Science and International. He received his master's degree in Urban Planning from Istanbul Technical University in 2022 and completed the second year of his education at KU Leuven, Sint-Lukas Brussel.
His work experience includes projects carried out in partnership with international organizations such as the World Bank and Eurochambres. Environmental, social and corporate governance of investment and venture capitals, social and environmental impacts of sectors and climate change are some of the project areas he contributed as a Researcher and Coordinator.
Cihat Baluken joined TEPAV in March 2023 as a Policy Analyst.
