Research Associate
Enes Furkan Başpınar graduated from the Department of Economics at TOBB University of Economics and Technology (TOBB ETÜ) in 2026. During his undergraduate studies, he completed full-time internships totaling approximately one year at Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAŞ) and The Economic Policy Research Foundation of Turkey (TEPAV).
During his time at TEPAV, he conducted research on Turkey's education system, higher education, vocational training, and labor market dynamics. He also took part in the project titled "Analysis of the Potential Impacts of the EU's 'Made in Europe' Policies and the India and MERCOSUR Trade Agreements on the Turkish Manufacturing Industry."
His research interests include education systems, development economics and policies, and labor economics.
Başpınar joined TEPAV as a Researcher in May 2026.
